A Three Day Charity Event presented by Hope Abounds Cancer Network
The East Coast Shag Classic is Hope Abounds longest-running music venue, having run 13 years, and has captured the hearts of shaggers and music lovers alike throughout the Southeast.
The sold-out 2024 3-day event featured music legends The Band of Oz, The Entertainers, and the Rick & Lesa Duo.

CAMP HOPE
A No-cost Family Weekend Beach Retreat for kids fighting cancer, and their families
In 2023, Camp Hope became a reality, with a mission to give families with cancer a happy family weekend where they are pampered and loved and supported so that they could enjoy time together at a beautiful beach retreat in Eastern North Carolina, without a mention or conversation about cancer.
This weekend would not have been possible without the exceptional generosity of Mike Campbell, President of Leather Italia USA, who sponsored all 30 families who attended the event. Thank you, Mike!
JOE’S BUCKET BASH
A Two Day Charity Event at Capt'n Bills Backyard Grill & Volleyball Facility
Joe’s Bucket BasH has been a popular family weekend coastal event for several years, and in 2023, all proceeds from that event benefited Hope Abounds. Attendees enjoyed the Kick Off Celebration Dinner, Silent Action & Comedy Show on Friday evening, and Volleyball, Cornhole games, Face Painting and raffles all day Saturday.

Every fall, Hope Abounds Cancer Network invites supporters to join us for Fall Breeze— a spinoff of our fan favorite event, The East Coast Shag Classic. This event generates critical funds to support Hope Abound’s mission to provide online cancer support, coaching and education for adults and children with an active cancer diagnosis.
Known for its signature beach music for shag lovers, Fall Breeze provides the chance for guests to shag to their favorite coastal rhythms!

Every fall, Hope Abounds Cancer Network invites supporters to join us for the Gift of Hope – our largest fundraiser of the year, which generates critical funds to support Hope Abound’s mission to provide online cancer support, coaching and education for adults and children with an active cancer diagnosis.
Each year, the evening venue changes, so guests never tire of the anticipation and excitement of this memorable evening.
THE MYSTERY DINNER THEATER
THE first annual Mystery Dinner Theater PRESENTED BY HOPE ABOUNDS CANCER NETWORK
The crowd will be hushed as the museum proprietor prepares to unveil the prized display of the evening, the Missing Diamond, only to find it had been stolen while the crowd mingled in ignorant bliss. Now it is up to you, your guests, and the detective to find the thief and restore the diamond to its rightful place!
