Hope Abounds Now Offers Home Care Assistance with
Synergy Home Care

We are excited to let you know about a new patient resource:
Synergy Homecare of the Cape Fear.
Hope Abounds will collaborate with them to provide personal home care assistance for our patients who are undergoing active cancer treatment and have no one to assist them at home.

Get Support at Hope Abounds

Did you know Hope Abounds along with Storehouse Wellness has faith-based programs for anxiety help?

Many cancer patients find their journey brings anxiety and stress. Through our partnership with Storehouse Wellness, Hope Abounds offers three months of free wellness programs designed to help patients manage these emotional challenges.

Along with Storehouse Wellness’, we are able to offer Share the Struggle’s Freedom from Anxiety Program. Goals of the program include:

Learning tools to know how to handle many different types of anxiety in the moment.
Developing a framework for managing the feelings of anxiety
Getting to the root causes of your anxiety to fully heal
Deepening the quality of your relationships with God, yourself, and others

The program is free to all Hope Abounds patients, new and existing.
If you are a cancer patient and new to Hope Abounds, we have a simple onboarding process to include you in our Cancer Support Program. You can start the process by visiting our Get Help Page and filling out the new patient inquiry form or calling us at 910 799-7178.
